AIR CONTIONER
Our hotel's heating and cooling system is adjusted according to the seasonal conditions and operates through a central system.

You can turn on your air conditioning by pressing the top right button on the fixed control panel on the wall, and adjust the temperature using the up and down buttons on the panel.

Note: The air conditioning will automatically turn off when the balcony door is open.

A'LA CARTE RESTAURANTS

To make a reservation at our A’La Carte restaurants, please contact the Guest Relations Officer at least 24 hours in advance.

ALLERGY

During check-in, the registration card includes a section asking whether you have any allergies. If you have an allergy, the Guest Relations Officer will assist you in filling out the Allergy and Special Dietary Requirements Form. This form is then shared with the kitchen and service departments.

Also all of the meals which served at the buffets are labeled with their ingredients and allergen information.
