PARKING

Our hotel does not have a private parking lot. You can park your vehicle to the available areas around the hotel. The hotel is not responsible for any theft, accident, or damage that may occur.

PAYMENT AND EXTRAS
You can make your room payment with your MasterCard or Visa card, or in cash using Turkish Lira or foreign currency (EUR, USD, GBP).

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION

For information about public transportation, please contact the reception desk or the Guest Relations Officer.

PHARMACY

For information about the nearest pharmacy, please contact the Guest Relations Officer or the reception desk.

PEST CONTROL

The rooms and the entire hotel insecticides with pest control twice a month. Guests and staff being informed in advance. A Guest Room Pest Control Notification is sent to the rooms one day prior to the pest control. If a guest does not wish to have pest control in their room, no pest control will be carried out in that room.

PETS

We would like to inform you that pets are not allowed in our hotel.

PHYSICALLY DISABLED GUESTS

Our Guest Relations Officer and reception team are ready to assist with your needs.

Wheelchairs can be rented for a fee.

POOL HOURS

You can use the pool every day from 08.00 to 18.00. Towels left on sunbeds early in the morning to reserve them will be collected.
